THE PROPOSAL
The proposal aims to redevelop the site with a five-story, energy-efficient, and sustainable building, including a basement. The fifth floor will be set back from all sides to maintain a balanced design. This project will revitalise an underutilised brownfield site by delivering much-needed new homes. Each home will feature private outdoor spaces in the form of balconies and terraces, with dedicated bike and bin storage available. The development is designed to be fully accessible and inclusive, offering wheelchair-accessible units and step-free access on all floors.
